At ebankIT, we value your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you register for and use the ebankIT nXP Knowledge Hub. It also outlines your rights and how you can exercise them.

This Privacy Notice applies to all Partners and Clients registered at the ebankIT nXP Knowledge Hub. It covers only the data processing activities performed by ebankIT within the Knowledge Hub. Processing by our partners for their own independent purposes is not covered here; please refer to their respective privacy notices for details.

To provide you with access to the ebankIT nXP Knowledge Hub, we process your professional email address and authentication credentials under the Article 6(1)(a) of thee GDPR (contractual requirement). Your data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted promptly after your relationship with us ends. 

We share this information with our service provider, Archbee, which may process data outside the EU with appropriate safeguards. 

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of your personal data at any time.

To manage your consent preferences, we collect your IP address and cookie choices under the Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (legal basis). It helps us ensure your preferences are respected. 

This data may be shared with our service provider, HubSpot, and is retained for 6 months, after which you will be asked to review your choices.

You may access, rectify, erase, or restrict your personal data at any time.

To ensure the security and proper functioning of the ebankIT nXP Knowledge Hub, we process your IP address, session information, and referer URL under the Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (contractual requirement). 

This data may be shared with our service provider, GitHub, and is retained only for the duration of your session. 

You may request access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of your personal data at any time.  

To improve your experience on the ebankIT nXP Knowledge Hub (e.g., optimising page load times and personalising content), we process your IP address and browser information with your consent under the Article 6(1)(ab) of the GDPR. 

This data may be shared with our service providers, including Archbee, Cloudflare (security), and Google, and is retained only for your session. 

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or withdraw your consent regarding your personal data at any time. 

To analyse and improve the ebankIT nXP Knowledge Hub, we collect your IP address, browser information, performance metrics, session ID, and usage data with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). 

This data may be shared with Microsoft (for analytics) and Cloudflare (for performance). 

The storage period for this data depends on the lifetime of the cookies and similar technologies used for analytics.  

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or withdraw your consent regarding your personal data at any time.

To provide you with relevant advertising and marketing communications, we use advertising cookies and similar technologies on the ebankIT nXP Knowledge Hub. These cookies collect information about your browsing behavior, preferences, and interactions with our website. This data may be shared with our advertising partners to display personalized ads both on our site and across the internet. 

We process this data based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Advertising cookies are only set if you accept them via our cookie banner. 

This data may be shared with advertising partners and third-party service providers (such as Google Ads, Facebook, or LinkedIn) for the purpose of delivering targeted ads.  The storage period for this data depends on the lifetime of the advertising cookies and similar technologies in use.  You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or withdraw your consent regarding your personal data at any time.
