Release notes 1.1

New features
Release nXP 2023.1.1.0 is focused on boosting the support offered for the Corporate groups segment. A series of new features will allow creating and managing Corporate Groups in the BFO while providing IB and MB users with easy and intuitive means to handle the large number of accounts expected from a Corporate Group contract.
Corporate Groups
Corporate Groups can be described as virtual organisations registered in the ebankIT Security Centre. They were created so that the accounts of the several FI clients/members, whom we refer to as entities, can gather under the same Multi-user Contract (MUC).
In the BFO, it is now possible to create Corporate Groups and start a session as one, therefore creating or managing the MUC; where all rules that apply to accessing the IB and MB can be defined, such as:
- Which accounts from the different clients/members should be included in the contract (MUC);
- Which users shall have access to the IB and MB;
- Who must be the Contract owners;
- Set permissions, limits and signature rules.
Account groups
Since Corporate Group contracts are expected to have a high number of accounts, this feature was created to help users with their daily tasks in the IB and MB.
In the IB, users can define groups of accounts, and in which order they would like the accounts to be displayed. The account selectors, filters and lists of accounts across the IB and MB will be organised based on how each user customises their accounts within a group. That is, an account groups' organisation is personal. Hence, it is possible for a user to create a group with their most used accounts, making it easier to find such accounts, while another user of the same contract organises their accounts per business region, for example.
Some account groups will be created by default, namely one including the accounts defined as main accounts in the contract. The project teams can also choose to create a default group with the accounts of each entity.
Scheduling transactions
Now, users can set transactions to be executed later, using the ebankIT scheduling engine. Scheduled transactions can be defined by the user as a one-time transaction or a recurring transaction.
Campaigns
Another feature now available in this release allows the IB and MB to display inbound campaigns at the end of a transaction, in the conclusion step.
The FI can configure campaigns in the EMS and, from this release on, the campaign content can be personalised. Using the attribute dictionary, FIs can choose from a set of users’ characteristics to define specific targets for a campaign, but also to create campaigns with customised content, such as: Hey, Anna ! Check out the new savings plan for Premium members.
Database partitioning management
Managing partitions in configured instances of partition tables can now be done through the EMS, allowing users to search, view, edit and delete existing table partitions. Additionally, they can add new ones.
To complete these options, extra actions may be required in the database. An SQL script can be generated in the EMS when applicable.
Monitoring
To provide FI users and ebankIT's development teams with log assessments of the various ebankIT applications, a new Monitoring application was added to the nXP product version. The features added give an overview of all components which allow users to quickly identify possible errors and failing environments:
- Dashboard
- Main applications
- Current day activity
- Requests
- API
- Log requests
- Session history
- Administration
- Users
- Roles
Other improvements
- Pending operations filters
Following the filters added in the last release to the pending operations feature in the IB, filters have now been added to the MB to help find a specific transaction. MB users can filter their pending operations by transaction type, amount, currency, creation date, expiration date, source account or beneficiary account.
- jQuery update
The jQuery was updated to version 3.6.2 in the BFO and EMS applications.
- Login API
The Login API was improved to allow synchronising user contacts with Core Banking information during the login.
- MUC management
When creating or editing a contract in the BFO and managing limit-related rules, users are informed that a rule applied to all accounts will share the limit defined, while selecting only some accounts will have the limit be applied individually to each one. In addition, it is clarified that the limit is applied in the platform’s currency.
- UI improvements
The UI of the responsive mode was improved for the IB. Lower resolutions now show the primary buttons before the secondary.
